Between 10:00am PST and 10:20am PST, Sequin had a major outage. Syncs for all platforms halted and our HTTP and SQL proxies were unreachable.
The root cause seems to be a network partition between our primary application servers and our database. We believe the situation is resolved, but we're monitoring the system closely.
